Incorrect Details, Service Disconnection and Poor Client Service
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the level of client service I have received. My services have been disconnected without anyone contacting me beforehand to confirm my details or discuss the account with me. More concerning is that the information reflected on my account is completely incorrect, including my name, surname and telephone number. I have been trying to contact both your Sales and Accounts departments to resolve the matter, but I have been unable to get through, as the calls are simply going unanswered. This makes it extremely difficult for me to establish what is happening with my account and resolve the issue. I find this level of client service completely unacceptable. If there was an issue with my account or an outstanding amount, I should have been contacted and given an opportunity to verify my details and address the matter before my services were disconnected.

Unprofessional
I was so disappointed with the service I received at Filber Newcastle. I complained about my WiFi loosing signal and not connecting for weeks and nothing was attended too.i had to go their offices and complain and only then they paid attention to problem. And then they tell me I May have to pay for their call out fee. For Signal problem that’s coming from their side. I found them very unprofessional and it’s not nice paying for service and not getting what you paid for.
