Terrible customer service

Fliber customer service is absolutely abysmal, for 3 days I have been trying to get updates on when our Internet would be restored after logging a fault and I have been completely ignored by the support person. I understand that they are not the ones working on the line, but the fact that I receive 0 feedback after days of trying to follow up is just unacceptable.
