Could I please get a number that I can call when I have queries. The whatsapp service really does not work for me. When I need some help or just a simple query, I have to wait hours for a response. And when I reply back immediately after a response form them, I have to wait hours again. This is ridiculous. The internet service, I don't have a problem with but this whatsapp line, I cannot deal with.
My query to them: " Is there a Fliber app where I can track things like my usage, user control, etc. Check who is on my network, change password, etc"
That's all I asked after they asked me how they can be of assistance almost 2 hours ago.
