Ek is uiters teleurgesteld en woedend oor die manier waarop FinFix my skuldberadingsaangeleentheid hanteer. Ek het my volle betalings ingevolge my hofbevel voltooi. My laaste betaling is gemaak en ek het my voorgeskrewe betalingsverpligtinge nagekom. Tog probeer FinFix my nou aanspreeklik hou vir 'n beweerde uitstaande bedrag, klaarblyklik as gevolg van 'n fout aan hul kant of 'n verskil in hul administrasie. Wat hierdie situasie nog meer onaanvaarbaar maak, is dat FinFix tydens 'n vergadering by hul kantore in Pretoria in Julie 2025 reeds bevestig het dat my hofbevel finaal is. Ek het ook die relevante e-poskorrespondensie as bewys hiervan. Ek het die probleem reeds voorheen formeel aangemeld en uitdruklik gewaarsku dat ek die saak verder sal neem indien dit nie opgelos word nie. Wat het sedertdien gebeur? Absoluut niks. Geen behoorlike terugvoer, geen oplossing en geen aanduiding dat iemand bereid is om verantwoordelikheid te aanvaar nie. Nou sit ek met addisionele betalingsversoeke vir 'n bedrag wat ek betwis, terwyl ek reeds my volle betalingsperiode voltooi het. Dit is eenvoudig onaanvaarbaar dat 'n kliënt wat sy verpligtinge nagekom het, nou moet agter FinFix aanhardloop om hul eie administratiewe probleme op te los. Ek het nie maande lank my betalings gemaak net om nou weer van voor af met finansiële onsekerheid, onnodige druk en swak diens gekonfronteer te word nie. FinFix, dit is nie my verantwoordelikheid om julle foute reg te stel deur nog geld te betaal nie. Ek verwag dat FinFix hierdie aangeleentheid onmiddellik ondersoek, die beweerde uitstaande bedrag behoorlik motiveer en die nodige stappe doen om my Klaringsertifikaat (Vorm 19) uit te reik indien daar geen wettige grond is om dit te weerhou nie.
