Worst service, slow internet service, sloppy and disgusting customer care

Worst service provider EVER. I have had problems with Aaron and their accounts team for over a month. firstly they billed me incorrectly, for a service which was downgraded from 01-06-19 the first response was received on 10-06-19 regarding my account, it took them 10 days to reach out to me, not even a phone call just an e-mail. They even charged me an admin fee of R150.00 because I revered the debit order which THEY loaded incorrectly after begging them to remember to bill me correctly dated back to the beginning of May 19.

They never call you back or give any feedback, they easily charge you extra and book their fees but won't do anything to keep their clients happy.

I would not recommend their service to anyone honestly disgusted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
