Worst service provider ever

I was hoping that I had an option for no stars. I am bind to a contract but as soon as my contract is finish I will cancel it immediately. If you have a debit order to run on the 1st of every month they will run it 5 days earlier and then you need to pay an admin fee. I have an 10meg line but do not get download speed of more than 5meg and upload speeds of 4meg. I will not recommend them to anyone. Just for them not to reply to each of the reviews on Hello Peter tells allot about the company it self. I would really like to have the owner or top management to call me. If anybody knows of a way to get out of this contract please do let me know.
