Worst service from Fibre stream

The worst internet provider that I have ever experienced.The staff is very rude on the phone,they don’t even listen to what the problem is, they need customer service training.Apart from its staff, this company keeps charging amounts and penalties even though accounts are up to date.They don’t have an efficient system to check their clients accounts, every month after paying, your account is suspended and you have to pay additional amounts to reactivate it,EVEN THOUGH YOUR ACCOUNT IS UP TO DATE!!!The internet keeps dropping and buffering,not what I paid for.Rather use another provider ,this is not worth it
