Worst ISP, no response, no customer support line

Worst ISP ever, don’t use them. They don’t have a support line to call, everything is done via email where they rarely respond. My fibre line was upgraded without my knowledge and I’ve been trying to reach them for the past 4 months but no response. I’m now being be charge for higher speeds and still receiving my old network speeds without my consent. They are very efficient to connect your fibre line, but support after this is horrible.
