Absolutely Horrifying Service - Cannot solve queries - Accounts get suspended for R38. Then you get charged a reconnection fee of R 150-00, although they have account queries outstanding from JUNE. Oh, Accounts don't work on weekend - So even once you've paid - You wont be re-connected for the entire weekend - PATHETIC!!!! Steer Clear!!!!!!!!!!! Not a cool experience...
