Worst ISP

I am only giving 1 star, becuase I cant give zero. Fortunately I did not experience many problems with connection issues. Its when you need to contact them when the problems start.

They informed us, that Vumatel will no longer have the 10/2 line available. And that they will be upgrading us to the 10/10 line, without my concent as I did not sign for R699. I did sign a contract for R499.

Vumatel was contacted and to my serprize they deny the fact that the 10/2 line will no longer be in service.

I contacted them numerous times. Often just to be transfered around and often even ended up at an answering machine.

Richard Shaw the sales consultant that assited us, could not provide me with any support or other options, and thought best of it to refer me to the cancellations email adress. 4 days .....no response.

I ended up at their legal department. Where I said I would like to cancel. I was not given proper notice nor have I given consent to upgrade to a more expensive package. I was given an option to pay R499, however I will not have access for the month of Feb. Or pay the R699 and have access in Feb.

Do not sign up with this company. They have the worst service available. Also feels like ****************
