They never answer phone calls, they don't respond to emails, only when you block their debit order do they contact you and charge you extra money for a "bounced" debit order.

They claim to have responded to you which is clearly BS.

Massively arrogant when you request this communication which you clearly didnt recieve.

If you follow up again due to once again being ignored, you get sent to Transunion and Experian because you haven't paid them, even if you confirm you will pay when you recieve confirmation of them trying to respond to you and confirmation of canceling their service.

Such a joke

Pathetic business, such a waste of your time and money.
