WORST ISP

Would give this company 0 stars, but 1 star is the minimum. I app**** for a fibre deal with Fibrestream in March, made payment, and was told a few days later that the service could not be fulfilled due to some issue with Vumatel. The service was a fibre speed of 1000mb @ R1299 per month. I was then told that a refund would occur. Ive been calling fibrestream daily in regards to the refund, but till today the 7/06/2021 no refund has occurred. Worst experience ive ever had. My Account id is KER007 wors
