WORST INTERNET PROVIDER EVER!!!

If you are looking for internet service provider that actually provide internet and service, than this place is not for you!!!! We have signed a three year contract which during this time every month our internet is off for at least 3day plus!!! The excuse is always the "High-site"! Last year I wanted to cancel as they are not keeping their part of the contract, the lady then explained they are above the Consumers Act Law due to some or other fine writing in their contract!! Where is live are you above the Law, or is this only in South Africa?? Tomorrow will be 7 days again that we are without internet!!! I had to purchase date which has already cost met more than a R1 000, we are paying for an 8meg line with them R900, which is now costing us more than R2 000 per month just to have internet. Every day your are holding between 20 - 45 min and sometimes longer to speak to someone, every day they are going to call me back!! I was just on the line again with them about 40min ago, they guy again would have called be back within 5min!! Nothing yet. WORST PLACE EVER. We are now proceeding in contacting our legal insurance for assistance. Can not carry on like this, our contract should expire by end of November in the mean while I need to be reimbursed for all expenses as well as for paying an not receiving a full service!
