Worst interest service provider

I have been without internet for 5days , no one there knows what is happening, they don't communicate and keep their clients informed regarding the issues they are facing that affect their clients, they lack basic customer service literally the WORST INTERNET SERVICE EVER I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
