Worst customer service

Hello. I would like to review fibrestream internet service provider. We have paid our monthly subscription this month on the 27th of November but the WIFI has not been reconnected till today. We tried calling and sending whatsapp messages still no assistance!!!!!!!. This company has to be the worst company when it comes to customer services!!!!!!!
