Very poor service

Other than Telkom, I have never experienced such bad service! my connectivity has been super slow since last Tuesday, there is no connectivity at times, have not been able to work. Been calling in every single day, nothing has been done. Been waiting for the technician since last Friday, still waiting. Had no connectivity tonight from 7pm, even now, it's super slow, I can't even open my emails. I am so tired of phoning them, they just don't care. I can't wait for my contract to come to an end, I am so done with Fibrestream. I just don't want to deal with such any longer!
