Very Bad Services

I have lodged complaints with them about the package I chose as opposed to the package the gave me, what they have billed me on the first invoice and the fact that they debited my bank account without authority. The only thing they resolved was the amount they debited and the cancellation of the debit order. i had to reverse the debit order at my own cost and that became the beginning of my problems with them. they have now disconnected their services without notice regardless of the fact that I have paid for my monthly subscription. They even handed over my account to debt collectors.
