VERY BAD SERVICE BY MWEB AND FIBRESTREAM

i had a month to month contract with fibrestream and we were transferred to Mweb without our knowledge in march and i had issues with my network that i raised several times with them and we were now with mweb which i tried escalating matter with them since they are now new provider according to fibrestream and i called mweb few times without help i went to their Facebook profile and complained i then received a call from a consultant by name of hlumela mpengisi i requested a call recording that happened at 3 pm to 3:13pm 06/06/2023 i was threatened that i am liable for the premiums and i told them i will only pay for a month that i noticed the network is available which is this month after my 5yr old connected tv using YouTube. i had to travel to work daily due to no network at home.

and i now being told by a consultant that they will take legal action for service they did not provide.
