Useless Fibrestream

I wish to share a pathetic service by fibre stream. They cut our network since early December 2024 last up to today. When we log a call to fix the network they sent us from pillar to post. Stating that they will send technician. What is even worse they deducted the money on the 1st January 2025, my husband cancelled them as we want to move to metro fibre, fibre stream is refusing to release our address to them yet they are useless people. I have spent almost R800 for the data but we have a fibre without network because of fibre stream who are abusing people. I am writing to hello peter for assistance should all fail, I will handover the case to my lawyers as I’m sick and tired of this nonsensical abuse by fibre stream.
