Useless and Poor Accounts management

Useless and poor accounts management . Everytime month they suspend accounts without checking you paid or not. Everytime you have to call them and they say your account is suspended mind you I always pay on the 25th but come the first of the following month they haven't allocated the payment but suspended the account . They always its lady in Accounts department. What is fibre stream doing if the lady if the lady is not doing allocation in time ? How do you suspend an account without proper check if the account is overdue ?
