Unsatisfactory service ;Fibrestream (South Africa)

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have been out of Internet for more than 5 days with no help , Their services are unreliable and their staff lack sympathy .I work from home and had to spend lots of money buying data. I am even unable to watch TV due to unavailability of Internet , They promised to refer my matter to operation so that I can be assisted, however still today i dont have internet ,
