UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE AND DISHONESTY

I was assisted by Aman on April 05 2023. He then told me I must pay R399 1st month subscription so that I will be booked for connection. On the 11th of April i contacted him to tell him that i was not happy with the fact that i will have to pay R1999 cancellation fee should i decide to cancel with them. He further explained why they charge that much which i understood. He then pushed me to pay the R399 because Protea Glen EE was gonna go live on the 1st of May. I paid the money and almost a month later there is still no connection. AND NOW IM BEING TOLD THEY WILL NOT PAY MY R399 BACK!
