The worst service provider ever, they disconnected our services with letting us know

The worst service provider ever, they disconnected our services with letting us know. Their contract says if the customer cancels the contract they will be liable for a penalty fee, however they have the decency to cancel the services and disconnect their ONT without notification, what reimbur*****t are they going to give to their customers? This a useless company with no effort of communication to their customers. I will never recommend this service provider to anyone.
