THE WORST SERVICE

I made a payment on the 21 Dec 2020 to have the R699 WIFI package deal installed and to date have heard nothing from this ridiculous service provider about the actual installation.I have called,emailed and sent WhatsApp messages to the sales rep and still no one can tell me when they will be coming out with the rooter .I requested to cancel and still they tell me that my refund will only be received in 30 working days which is absolutely absurd because the WIFI hasn’t even been activated yet .I am currently working from home and in need of immediate installation and all Fibrestream has provided is pathetic service !!!
