THE WORST AND ***********,INCONSIDERATE SERVICE EVER

we have had internet outrage in our area for 7 days now and till date all we keep getting is technician is on site we will try restore tonight. tonight become tomorrow and so fourth. i don't understand what service provider provides such services they have managed to restore some houses and battling with the est. they have no turn around time nothing. in this day and life we depend on technology not only for work , but to be connected , accessible and watch Tv. for a person that is working from home and took this service so it can make my life easier please tell me what am i to do and say to my employer ? i called and ask the same question and i was told can we give you something to give them at work to show you struggling with connectivity ? like Really a whole 7 days and now the financial institution must understand such incompetence. I've been calling to be assisted with cancellation but no one is listening . I keep getting please give us till today to resolve. i don't want anything to do with this services anymore. can someone please cancel our services No explanation needed .we have heard and suffered enough. ill go look for service provider that will take their customers serious.
