Terrible service, terrible staff!!

They do not even deserve thay 1 star, service is pathetic! Staff is rude and don't seem to know what they are doing. I spoke to someone to cancel over the phone, he advised I send him an email then left the company, did not cancel send me a cancellation letter. They did cut he connection then reconnected it, why?? They are the shadiest company and I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Use anyone else
