terrible service from fibre stream

terrible service from fibre stream had a line installed to my home , after the instal was done my line was never activated , when i called technical support i was told they cant assist me as the technical support devision has no access to my profile , i must wait for an email to be sent to a seperate division that has no phones , i found that very strange ,when i asked how long that will take i was told as long as takes till now i have no internet and working from home very dissapointing
