Terrible service

We are very disappointed with their service. After having them as an internet provider for a number of years (with good service) we were notified in June that they would be able to provide us with fibre optics service. We paid for it and after 4 weeks of pushing to find out when they would install it we were notified that they couldn't supply our area. We then went to another provider and in mid-July asked them to cancel our service. We're still fighting them to get the cancellation taken care of. They've billed my bank for the past two months and sent me through an invoice for October. When I call or email the assure me that it will be taken care of and then evidently do nothing.

I would strongly recommend against this company
