Suspended account due to Fibrestream's mismanagement

Fibrestream support service is good HOWEVER... they suspend accounts for R1 outstanding without notifying the customer first, even though it isn't the customers fault. They lay blame on Vumatel when credits are asked for downtime due to their mismanagement. It is advised that you check your speed frequently as it is always great in the beginning but later you pay for a 100meg line but get much less...
