Support - Unstable line

I had difficulty getting proper feedback from Fibrestream through their facebook page, via email and via telephone. The initial gentleman I spoke said he will call back but did not. I eventually called again yesterday and was assisted by Kirshin who provided excellent service. I even decided to upgrade due to the assistance I received from him. Fibrestream, you need to appoint more people like Kirshin who go the extra mile for customers. If it were not for him, I would have changed my ISP. Thank you Kirshin for the excellent service provided.
