Stay a million miles away from Fibrestream and vumatel

Totally unprofessional and don't care for customers, I'm a new client and from the start I'm struggling to get support to just be able to setup the router and to vind the source of the problem. The matter was escalated to upper management and still no prevail on the problem at hand . I have phoned hundreds of Rand woth airtime out to support team and in total to date 04/04/2021 ( day number 8 )after initial waiting period of 3 weeks just for installation , still dont have internet and thinking of cancelling all services from fibrestream and Vumatel as non of them want to own up the the mistakes and rectifying the problem.
