Soweto Elephant Eye Termination without informing customers or refunding them

I must say it is very unprofessional, ******* and disappointing that fibrestream would just terminate their relationship with contractors in Soweto Elephant Eye without notifying customers while they took money from customers. Can we get our money back ASAP before we report you to ICASA?
