SERIOUSLY ****ES OFF

I am appalled at the service received from u. U rejected a debit order with sufficient funds to claim am administration fee which I will not pay and now u suspended my service after a manual payment was done on Friday I have no internet access now

Please remind me why am I paying you

I need to be connected immediately or u can come to my residence and collect your router and cabling because this is freaking frustrating

Added to that almost everyday my fibre goes off because you are knocking off my service when there's a new installation and don't even bother to inform me
