Really Poor Service, Lack of Response and just no interest in the Customer

If ever, I would highly recommend steer very clear of Fibrestream/Skifi. they have no customer service, their support tickets does not get actioned nor answered. I had been struggling since 24.11.2019 with excess of 200 emails not been able to get a response with reference to why my line speeds had been between 0.16-9.00 when having a 20 fibre connection. if ever you hear the name Robyn, goodluck, this person does not exist
