R5001.93 REFUND REFUSED

FIBRESTREAM REFUSES TO REFUND MY CREDIT OF R5850.00 Although I gave them notice to cancel my internet due to no internet for 10 days (my internet was working shortly after I sent my cancellation) I was told to pay the one months subscription. In my error instead of paying R850 I mistakenly paid R5,850

They now say the R5000 credit needs to be worked off monthly as they refuse to refund!! When you go to their advertised address on their website, it’s a vacant piece of property. They claim they work remotely.

Companies like this with such bad attitude and not refunding credit due should be shut down.

PS 1 star rating is too high for this company as I have had random disconnection just about every weekend when my family is home.
