Poor services

We paid Fiberstream for the installation of fibre line. We paid the installation fee as well as the first month’s subscription. It has been 3 months, no installation took place we followed up regularly and was informed that they could not help us in our area. I am now struggling to get a refund of our money that we paid. I have talked to numerous people at their office and every time they say someone will get back to me. Up to now no one has done so. This is the most pathetic service provider.
