Poor service!

24hours no internet, getting ****ty excuses. Support staff sits there and waits for feedback and don't care if nothing is reported from the tech team, they don't even make an effort to get proper feedback or ETA's. How the f#@k is it my problem that the backup batteries ran out, get more backup equipment then! Cheapskates!
