Poor Service

WORST Internet provider ever! Intermittent connection/no service. We experienced no connection issues 3 months ago, was told the lazer needs replacing ...R2850 had to be paid on the spot. I was assured by the technician the "faulty" component will be examined to see if it was not a factory defect item. If found to be such, we would be refunded. After numerous calls asking about this, NO answer or any reply from someone in the know. This past weekend we had to reboot our connection 7 - 10 times to get signal again...to no avail, little to no signal! WORST SERVICE PROVIDER AWARD TO FIBRESTREAM FOR SURE!
