POOR ISP SERVICES - NEVER TOUCH VUMATEL OR FIBRE STREAMING SERVICES.

I have tried since 1 December to get a Fibre EPon activated after it was discontinued by Vumatel's own account in April 2020. The original ISP - Cool Ideas sent me a Vumatel document declaring the installation cancelled in April 2020. This was received immediately from Cool Ideas indicating that the link was cancelled correctly according to the Vumatel document. Since then Fibre Stream has disputed this consistently by stating that it is active and that I have to contact Vumatel directly. Repeated calls up to 35 minutes waiting for Vumatel and Fibre Stream to actually answer a call has resulted in the client cancelling their Fibre service today. I have almost 4 hours of Lobby music recorded on my cell phone between Vumatel and Fibre Streaming waiting and waiting and waiting. After repeated requests from both company's to call you back they never do. Today again at 8:00 a.m. after a 45 minute session with both companies it was evident that Vumatel were at fault and they could not assure me that the current address was correct. The owners were of a totally different location and name. It is unbelievable that Vumatel have absolutely no clue as to how they have the wrong Owner name but correct address. To add to that I as an outside consultant was unable to get any joy from both parties. Even Fibre Streaming sales staff state that their help desk or NON SUPPORT DESK ever gets back to them. According to a staff member they have 800+ clients and only 4 support staff????? Poor planning in my opinion???????? I will never ever recommend a Vumatel or Fibre Streaming solution to any of my clients.

Shame on Vumatel to make me wait for 2 hours at the clients premises to call me back and eventually get back when client has cancelled their service. Fibre Streaming have the cheek to invoice the client for 2 months services which they could not provide. 10 working days - 4 hours of phone calls and still no service. VUMATEL AND FIBRE STREAMING IPS's YOUR SERVICE STINKS.
