Poor customer service

It's a week and a half and still no contact to make arrangements and I call in myself to get the same response that they are awaiting management

I don't understand how an installation of a fiber can take this long is they can't offer they service please refund me so I can look for another supplier

@Hellopeter please intervene as nothing has been done about my complaint
