Please do yourselves a favour and avoid this provider like the plague

Lack of service and impossible to cancel seems to be the story of this company. We paid in full for our installation over 90 days ago and received nothing. Good luck getting hold of the "cancellation department" as they seem to be non existent, just like their installation.
