PATHETIC SERVICE-FIBRE SOUTH AFRICA!

It's the worst ever!!!!every week without fail there is some sort of connection problem yet there is no "connection issue" when the debit goes through. How the heck can you say you have support 24/7 yet when we do call in afterhours we are told that a technician will come the next day during working hours!!!! Some of us have very important work to do assignments to upload yet there is this issue every week!!!!!! PATHETIC SERVICE!
