Pathetic Fibrestream service

Fibrestream is THE worst fibre service provider in the history of fibre service providers.

First they disconnected us in error, as wedid not pay our debit order …. then they give the wrong B-number to OpenServ, no response to query or timeline for re-connect.

Technical people are clueless and cant manage the problem they are appointed to do. No management service connection, no apology, little to no service.

Pathetic feedback to such extent that we contacted OpenServ and arrange for re-connection. Three days and counting without service… but hey, come the 25th we dont skip a debit order !

Dont use them, save your soul and stay far far away.
