Paid for installation - no service - no refund

No service - no refund!! We paid for a service in May 2021 but never got the service due to lack of infrastructure. Then they lost the contract with TT Connect due to whatever reason and another one of our clients were out of service. We requested a refund for the money we paid for the connection in May and now they refuse to refund us. We need to sign up another connection with them in order for them to offset the money they owe us - NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!! Do not deal with these people!!!
