Not Responding - Not helping

We moved into a new property, requested Fibrestream to set us up as they are the only ISP running fiber connections in the Area, Windmill Park. I called them they took me the process of signing up and we paid all the monies requested accordingly. After 4 days nothing promising from them, all we hear is that we would be receiving a call from them to setup an installation appointment. I have never seen a vehicle and or any technicians in the area running around trying to patch and do any technical work on the clients whatsoever. The service is way too boring, especially for the onboarding, and this is where one needed to impress. I believe this is for the same reason as to why only them that can install fiber in the area, so they basically sort of own the area, the day they let people decide which IPS to go for, that's the day we would actually not see them entirely in the area as no one would ever go with them. What a shame.
