No Services Rendered

So I have patiently waited and sent through support tickets that keep getting removed. I would like to know what is the situation regarding service in the Windmill Park Area because i have noticed a trend that where you guys collect money from customers but don't render the service offered. At what point do we start going to the consumer commission to report you for not delivering on the services promised or agreed upon, in the contract we were forced to sign upfront. So instead of investing out money and earning interest on this money before it is yours. Why not try to provide the service so we can stop downrating your company? #TryAndDeleteThisLikeYouDoWithMySupportTickets
