No internet, no warning, no service and no support.

No internet for 2 days, no warning or nothing, found out through other channels that their agreement was terminated by Vuma, my support tickets gets resolved without any resolution, is this a joke? For all the peeps here, you have no choice but to choose another provider..I am moving to a new ISP and not paying for this useless non-existant service this month.
