No internet connection

Fiberstream is the worst service provider, their level of service is extremely poor. My service was suspended due to the fact that I was making a cash deposit payment with no arrears. I was advised to pay a penalty fee of a R307 and of which same was paid more than a week ago and till to date they are unable to activate my internet connection. A number of technicians contacted me but they were unable to connect my internet but at the end of the month they are quick to send reminders regarding the payments.
