No Fibre and terrible service

I am so appalled and shocked at the disgusting service of Fibrestream. I have logged 2 tickets as I have not had internet since yesterday morning. I have tried calling over 30 times this morning and nothing. I received an SMS yesterday saying someone would contact me and nothing. Worst service ever!!!
