No connection fibre for 5days

I have never received such a bad service from any service providers like I do with telkom,no number of theirs is working ,they have a useless service every department but owe then nje, they are the first to call u ,I have 7yrs with telkom is time now to change coz this i am experiencing. Is BS.

Telkom i need my statement for then past 5 days please as my Fibre has been off ,telkom until how long will u be treating people like this
